Who we are
This website is run by Euro Concrete Services Ltd (EURO CONCRETE SERVICES LIMITED, registered in Ireland, company number 431792). We decide how the personal data collected through this website is used, which makes us the data controller.

What we collect and why
The quote form. Your first name, last name, email address, phone number, company name (optional), the service you chose and your message. We use these to reply to your enquiry, price the job and carry out the work if you go ahead. The legal basis is taking the steps you asked for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
Email, phone and WhatsApp. If you email, ring or message us, we receive your contact details and whatever you send. We use them in the same way and on the same basis as the quote form.
Website analytics. Only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics records how the website is used: the pages visited, the device and browser, an approximate location, and whether the call or WhatsApp buttons were tapped. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. See our cookie policy.
Server logs. To deliver pages and keep the website secure, our hosting provider processes your IP address and browser details. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
Who handles it for us
- Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and stores quote form submissions. Netlify is based in the United States, and the transfer is made under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics and our email. Google may process this data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under the safeguards in Google's data processing terms.
- CookieYes Limited, based in the United Kingdom, runs the cookie banner and records the choice you make in it.
- Wagyu Digital manages this website for us and receives copies of quote form submissions so it can keep the form working.
Tapping a WhatsApp button takes you to WhatsApp, run by WhatsApp Ireland Limited. Its own privacy policy applies to anything you send there.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records.
Google Analytics deletes event data after 2 months and user-level data after 14 months, automatically.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a format you can take elsewhere. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, email sean@euroconcrete.ie.
You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission, Ireland's data protection regulator, at www.dataprotection.ie.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
